Rob's plans made my kitchen renovation project a huge success. After years of tolerating a circa 1950s kitchen, I hired Rob to draft plans for a kitchen, bathroom, and laundry renovation. I wanted to add a shower to the powder room, move the gas line for the range, and remove several walls to get more usable space. I shared an inspiration board and a stab at reconfiguring the existing footprint.
Rob took measurements, and my ideas and came up with a winning design, complete with construction and demolition documents, elevations, perspectives, and a detailed lighting plan. The final plans were used to gain permits and complete the renovation. Everything needed by the contractor was documented to the necessary detail, and Rob was available for any follow-up questions that arose.
Rob handled all aspects of the project with professionalism and a genuine interest I getting a renovated space that would work for my lifestyle, highlight and enhance the existing aesthetics, and maintain period-appropriate style. The completed renovation produced my dream kitchen, with minimal drama, thanks to Rob's exceptional architectural documents.
